With such an impressive resume, setting records is natural to Lionel Messi. Even so, today's date will go down in history for both the Argentine and in the UEFA Champions League.
The South American footballer did not wait long to make his presence felt against Slavia Prague, as he found the back of the net after just three minutes of playing time. While some may think that he made history for such an early goal, the real record for the Argentine came when comparing his numbers to those by Cristiano Ronaldo and Raúl, who co-owned the record for most goals scored against a different number of rivals...until today.
