Peacock subscribers may watch thes first 12 matches for free in USA under the Free Peacock Tier Subscription, whereas the remaining 52 matches of the tournament will be available on the Peacock Premium subscription ($4.99/month). All of Peacock’s World Cup 2022 matches are covered in Spanish language, as they are simulstreams of Telemundo Deportes live world Cup coverage. The 24/7 virtual World Cup-dedicated channel on Peacock is set to include several hours of original programming daily, including live games, previews, reports, stats, analysis and highlights.
Peacock is an over-the-top subscription streaming service in USA owned by NBCUniversal. The direct-to-consumer service was first made available to Xfinity customers in April 2020, two months before its official launch date. With live and on-demand streams both accessible on the platform, Peacock was created to feature shows, events and other programs from brands operated under NBCUniversal.
