ESPNU

ESPNU is a U.S. based sports TV network channel that falls under the ESPN umbrella. Like its other sister channels, ESPNU is available to US consumers on a slew of satellite and cable platforms, including Dish Network, DirecTV, Verizon FiOS, PlayStation Vue, Sling TV, AT&T U-Verse, Comcast, and Cablevision.

Launched on March 4, 2005, ESPNU's focus is college athletics. The name itself is a play on the words "ESPN" and "University", and soccer, basketball, football, volleyball, and baseball are among the sports this channel covers.

ESPNU Bracketology, Faces of Sports, SportsCenterU, and Inside the Big East are some of the most popular programs shown on ESPNU. For soccer fans, there is a dedicated sports program, ESPNU College Soccer, which has been airing matches from all the nation's collegiate athletic conferences since the channel's inception in 2005.

Not able to catch ESPNU from your TV? No problem. Viewers can stream all of their favorite programs via the ESPN App, Watch ESPN, and Sling TV.
