Ahead of their important clash with Everton, Man United fans woke up to one of the worst possible news. According to Fox Deportes, star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic will leave the club this summer once his one-year deal expires.
The doubts surrounding the Swede prior to the season kick-off were quickly squashed by the former PSG ace, as he quickly became the club’s talisman striker. His 26 goals in 41 games have kept the Red Devils steamrolling, which means his departure would be a devastation.
Major League Soccer is tipped to be the 35-year-old’s next destination. These reports are not new, but Fox Deportes rekindled the rumors by claiming he could end up at LA Galaxy.

There is still hope for the Red Devils, however – ESPN Sports claim that Ibrahimovic has not made a decision on his future yet, with their being a 50-50 chance of the forward staying or going.
The decision is firmly in his hands. Zlatan has previously hinted at an Old Trafford stay, having led them to Community Shield and League Cup wins. However, Major League Soccer has been an attraction for household names entering the later stages of their careers.
