One of the oldest tournaments in German football gets its start of the season today. The DFB Pokal will give all teams the chance to do what is not usual: denying one more title to Bayern München.
Last season, Eintracht Frankfurt shocked the Bavarian side in the tournament's final, and Adi Hütter will try to continue Niko Kovac's success as the Eagles' coach.
The competition will go on until May 25, 2019. The final match will be held at Olympiastadion in Berlin, which will keep up the tradition set by DFB authorities that made the aforementioned venue the site for the final match since 1985.
Here's how each of the well-known Bundesliga teams are set to begin their participation in this tournament.
