Brazil visited Wembley Stadium on Saturday in a highly-anticipated friendly, locking horns with England, regarded by many as one of the favorites to win this summer's European Championship.
The Selecao, who boast a wonderful head-to-head record against the Three Lions, came away from England's iconic stadium with a 1-0 victory, with wonderkid Endrick scoring a late winner past Jordan Pickford.
The South American giants had a handful of opportunities to take a first-half lead, with Lucas Paqueta striking the post while Vinicius Jr. beat Pickford but saw his shot stopped by Kyle Walker. Fortunately, Endrick was not going to miss when presented with his chance.
The 17-year-old was subbed on in the second half and slotted the ball into the back of the net in the 80th minute, only nine minutes after coming off the bench.
And with that, the Real Madrid sensation currently on loan at Palmeiras, made history, shattering two phenomenal records. First, the teenager, aged 17 years and 246 days old, became the youngest player to score for Brazil since Ronaldo in 1994.

Endrick is regarded by many as Brazil's future no.9 and a goal like this only proves this belief. While the Selecao boast several talented players, the five-time FIFA World Cup winners have lacked a striker of the ilk of Ronaldo or Adriano for years.
The 17-year-old is currently at Palmeiras but is expected to head to Real Madrid this summer in preparation for the 2024-2025 season. Additionally, with Brazil facing Spain in their next fixture, the young striker will want to impress again to improve his odds of making the 2024 Copa America squad.
