Real Madrid waited nine years to play one more Copa del Rey final, but they only had to wait 109 seconds to score their first goal once they made it back to the competition's title clash.
The man in charge to end that drought was none other than Rodrygo, who has already earned some milestones with Los Blancos (such as his goal against Manchester City last year), and he added another moment to remember with his left-footed shot to score the opener against Osasuna.
The Brazilian connection worked like a charm for Real Madrid, as Vinicius dribbled past two Osasuna defenders and passed the ball to the middle of the box, where Fede Valverde opened his legs to let the ball go behind him and for Rodrygo to hit it as hard as he could. A massive assist by Vini Jr. and a cool finish for Rodrygo was enough to break the deadlock.

This goal will also go down in Real Madrid's history, as Rodrygo scored the fastest goal for Real Madrid in a Copa del Rey title in over seventy years.
2 - Rodrygo Goes (1:47) has scored the earliest goal in a Copa del Rey final since Raúl Tamudo for Espanyol against Real Zaragoza in 2006 (1st minute) and the earliest by a Real Madrid player since Barinaga against Valencia in 1946 (2nd minute). Flash. pic.twitter.com/AOsWjSWsii
