Things have changed for both the club and the player since the last time Los Blancos tried to sign the Belgian ace.

Eden Hazard has always been linked with a move to Real Madrid, and for the first time, the footballer has not hidden his desire to play for the Spanish giants.

Nevertheless, the Belgian ace admits that things are not the same as the first time he tried to force a move to the Spanish club, mainly because one of his main reasons to try and join them is no longer at the club.

"Would I like to play for Real Madrid? Why not? I've always said that I want to try something different once I leave the Premier League," Hazard told France Football.

The Belgian ace came clean about his intentions, especially since his future has been closely linked to Zinedine Zidane. With the Frenchman now away from Real Madrid, Hazard revealed that there is only one place where he would never follow his long-time idol.

"I've never had news about Zidane. For example, if he went to coach (Manchester) United tomorrow, I would not follow him there," the footballer said.

Before the interview concluded, Hazard revealed that he might consider extending his stay in England.

"I've won everything here, with the exception of the Community Shield, but that doesn't mean that I will leave anytime soon. There are some issues here that might keep me around," Hazard concluded.
