Premier League action returns this weekend following a week of international play, highlighted by six live matches across NBC, NBCSN and USA Network. Coverage begins at 7 a.m. ET with Premier League Live, followed by Tottenham v. Liverpool at 7:45 a.m. ET on NBCSN. Saturday will be the debut of Liverpool’s new manager, Jürgen Klopp, as they come off a 1-1 draw against rivals Everton in the Merseyside Derby on Oct. 4.
At 10 a.m. ET on Saturday, NBCSN hosts coverage of Everton v. third-place Manchester United, and USA Network hosts coverage of Chelsea v. Aston Villa. Manchester United look to rebound following a 3-0 loss to Arsenal on Oct. 4, which coupled with a Manchester City win dropped the Red Devils from first to third in the Premier League.
Matches not featured on NBCSN or USA Network in the Saturday, 10 a.m. ET television window will be available on Premier League Extra Time, a bonus television package available to MVPDs at no extra cost for customers who receive NBCSN.
At 12:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, Watford host second-place Arsenal on NBC and NBC UNIVERSO. Alexis Sánchez scored two of Arsenal’s three goals in their win of Manchester United on Oct. 4, bringing his season total to five (tied for third-most in BPL). NBC Sports Group’s lead Premier League play-by-play commentator Arlo White calls the match, alongside analyst Graeme Le Saux at Vicarage Road.
Following the match, NBC presents a 30-minute Goal Zone, hosted by Rebecca Lowe. Lowe will be joined by former Major League Soccer and U.S. Men’s National Team midfielder Kyle Martino and former Premier League footballer Robbie Mustoe.
Premier League action on Sunday, Oct. 18, begins at 10 a.m. ET with Premier League Live, followed by Newcastle v. Norwich City at 11 a.m. ET on NBCSN. Coverage wraps up on Monday, Oct. 19 with Premier League Live at 2 p.m. ET and Swansea City v. Stoke City at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Lowe hosts Premier League Live alongside Martino and Mustoe.
