Broadcast rights acquired by FloSports
FloSports is a US digital sports and live events streaming service based in Austin, Texas. It was launched in 2009 as a start-up, and since then, it has bagged investments from major names such as Discovery, WWE and more.
This is a digital streaming service, and viewers don’t need a cable subscription. Viewers can access the streaming throughout the country, in both SD and HD, if they have subscribed to the service. Subscription plans are available on both monthly and yearly basis.
The FloSports app is available for various digital platforms such as Apple phones, Apple TV, Roku and Amazon FireTV.
FloSports owns the broadcast rights to thousands of events across 25 sports. Over the years, it has broadcast events from the FIVB, United World Wrestling, international Rugby tournaments and more.
Over time, FloSports has also served soccer fans through coverage of the CONCACAF Nations League, German Bundesliga, Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana and more in the US and Canada. The streaming company has also set up special partnerships with soccer clubs DC United and FC Cincinnati.
