The end of the Premier League season is here. Ten gams stand between the decision to crown a champion and to see which teams end up being relegated, while other sixteen clubs fight for the remaining positions in European tournaments. It has been an entertaining season all around, with many changes at both ends of the table, but with legendary moments that have led to a tight end of the campaign.
It all comes down to Arsenal and Manchester City fighting for the title. One of these clubs will call themselves taller than the rest after this weekend, with Guardiola's men trying to win an unprecedented fourth title in a row.
The weekend will also be about the remaining spots for European competitions and who get to claim one of those still available. Tottenham, Chelsea, and Newcastle seem to have the upper hand in terms of which ones are leading now, but Manchester United still keep a glimmer of hope ahead of Championship Sunday.
Lastly, the fight to avoid relegation seems over, but Luton Town are set to put up a very good fight in their effort to stay afloat. Unfortunately, they depend on Nottingham to have a woeful day, but mathematically, there is a way for them to stick around.

Man City vs West Ham - It's a simple as this: If Manchester City win the game, then Pep Guardiola's men will be crowned as Premier League champions for the fourth consecutive season. The defending champions have not lost a single game since December, and since they have not lost a single match across all comps against the Hammers since 2021, Pep's team seems to have a big shot at the title. The first game of the season ended 3-1 for Manchester City, and any similar outcome would see the Cityzens adding more domestic silverware to their resume.

Chelsea vs Bournemouth - This game could have been part of a list where neither contender played for anything a couple of weeks back, but now Chelsea are in the mix for a spot in the Conference League, which makes this a match that will be worth to look at. Bourmenouth's only goal this time around will be to complicate Chelsea's path to Europe, but that may only be possible with a win, something they have not been able to pull off against the Blues since 2019. The previous match between Blues and Cherries ended in a goalless draw, which would be enough for Pochettino's men to return to European tournaments next season.
