The UEFA Champions League game between Porto and Liverpool could have been Iker Casillas' final game in the competition, and neither him nor Anfield's crowd overlooked that fact.
The Spanish footballer, who's out of contract with the Dragons next summer, may very well leave European football to join an MLS side, leaving quite a few records in the top club competition in the world, as acknowledged by the tournament's Twitter feed.

Speaking to a Spanish radio show, Casillas admitted that the atmosphere for his would-be final UCL appearance was a good way to bid farewell to this competition.
"If this was my Champions League farewell, it hasn't been a bad night at all - at this fantastic stadium, keeping a clean sheet... but no one knows what the future holds," Casillas stated.
Later, Casillas posted a picture of himself walking alongside Jürgen Klopp, where he seemed to thank Liverpool fans for their kindness during last night's match.
