When a gruesome injury such as the one Aleix Vidal suffered today, there are all sorts of words trying to bring the player involved back on his feet.
Speaking after the game against Alavés, coach Luis Enrique -who looked pretty shaken up after the incident- revealed that the 2016-2017 season is over for his footballer, since he was already informed about the diagnosis on Vidal's ankle.
Luis Enrique: "We really regret the injury to Aleix Vidal. We hope that it's not too serious."

The man who was involved in this incident, Theo Hernández, spoke after the game with beIN Sports. The left back apologized to Vidal, since he wasn't aware of the seriousness of his injury.

Midfielder Sergio Busquets stepped up to share his thoughts about the game, but he ended up asking to keep everyone's focus on Vidal.

Once the gravity of Vidal's injury was confirmed, Alaves' Twitter feed wished the player all the best.
