Costa Rica, USA and Mexico are all locked on seven points but El Tri cannot relax too much knowing that they have played a game more than their other two rivals.

Panama have gone down to fourth with six points whereas Honduras are completely out of the qualification zone with four points from a possible twelve. While things are not looking good for Los Catrachos, the misery upon Jamaica is even worse. The latter continue to occupy the very last position in the group and a surprise appearance at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil looks less and less likely.

There is so much at stake in each of the upcoming three CONCACAF World Cup qualifiers. Don't miss any of the CONCACAF live action this Tuesday evening.

Jurgen Klinsmann has treated the World Cup qualifiers very seriously and Friday’s victory against Jamaica has given his team a huge boost. Brad Evans was the unlikely hero in that game, scoring in injury time to cancel Jermaine Beckford’s 89th minute equalizer for the Jamaicans. Jozy Altidore was also on the scoring sheet for the Americans who are yet to find stability in defence.

The Reggae Boyz have very slim chances of reaching the 2014 FIFA World Cup but victory on Tuesday would condemn Honduras to the bottom of the Hex. Los Catrachos lost to new group leaders Costa Rica last Friday. For the second time in a row, they failed to register a goal.  Like the Jamaicans, Honduras have conceded six goals in the Fourth Round of the CONCACAF World Cup qualifiers. The public in Tegucigalpa could witness a fair amount of goals; will those be equally shared?

Mexico held Panama to a goalless draw at the Estadio Rommel Fernandez. This result proved just enough to keep El Tri above their opponents and into the top three. However, the Mexicans have played a game more than the USMNT and Costa Rica. They must defeat the latter on Tuesday to keep matters in control.
