The legend will not go work anywhere else, or play anywhere else. That was Francesco Totti's decision from day one, and today, the Italian footballer confirmed what all fans expected from him.
The Italian playmaker, who retired after the end of the 2016-2017 season, was "forced" to retire after new sporting director Monchi refused to offer a new contract to the Giallorossi legend. While some MLS clubs tempted the Italian ace to continue his career, Totti decided to call it quits and keep working for Roma, but this time, from the sidelines.
The Italian legend shared his plans in a statement published via Twitter, asking fans to refer to him as Francesco, "like always."
