Whether the Special One will be sacked is being asked, as Coutinho inspired the Reds to their first win at the Bridge since 2011.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho knew the stakes heading into Saturday’s clash with Liverpool. With the Blues being defeated five times in their first 10 games, the ultimatum reportedly facing the Special was lose and you are fired.

As a result, the Portuguese boss’ future at Stamford Bridge has been cast into further doubt, as the home side were outclassed by Jurgen Klopp’s men 3-1 in the weekend clash.

The defeat came despite the London giants taking an early lead, as Ramires headed in a fourth minute goal after meeting with a beautifully placed César Azpilicueta cross.

The Blues never really looked to lose their lead, until Brazilian playmaker Philippe Coutinho struck with only minutes remaining before half-time, curving in a spectacular goal to initiate the comeback.

The Reds return from the break the better side, and took the lead in the 74th minutes, as a Coutinho strike flew past Asmir Begovic into the back of the net thanks to a deflection off of John Terry.

19 minutes after being introduced into the game, substitute Christian Benteke hammered the nails into the coffin of Saturday’s game, driving in a low effort to make it 3-1.

Despite the embarrassing home loss to Liverpool, Chelsea’s first since 2011, the former Real Madrid boss remained adamant that this will not be his last game in charge.
