Real Madrid ace Cristiano Ronaldo has been enjoying a wonderful season of football. After claiming the Ballon d'Or title earlier this year, the Portuguese ace took another step forward by claiming the UEFA Champions League trophy in a 4-1 finals triumph over Atletico Madrid, making it the second title of his career.
But not only was Cristiano Ronaldo's successful Los Blancos campaign impressive, but the manner in which he helped his side clinch La Decima.
Although the ex-Manchester United star had already broken the record for most goals in a Champions League season, a feat he reached by scoring his 16th goal in the semi-finals clash against Bayern Munich, he increased his tally to 17 goals by converting from the spot against Atletico Madrid.
