TV listings and other broadcast information for the Man City vs Sheffield Wednesday match is available here as the defending champions take on the Championship side.

The title holders are winless in their last four games in all competitions as they prepare for a Capital One encounter against a Sheffield Wednesday side which has conceded just four goals in the last eight matches.

This will greatly test Man City's resolve who are under a striker crisis with both Stevan Jovetic and Kun Aguero unavailable for the game. This has opened up an opportunity for young Jose Angel Pozo to showcase his talents. The 18 year old who made his move to the Eastlands from Real Madrid in 2012 will be in contention to make his first appearance for the Citizens on Wednesday.

"Pozo is the in squad list," confirmed Pellegrini. "We will see if he will play."

The Chilean further refuted claims that his side was short on strikers and revealed positive news on his injured forwards.

"I hope that Kun is just a kick and it wasn't good for him to take a risk to play but he will play against Hull on Saturday without any problems," he added. "Jovetic will need two or three more days and with those two players at 100 percent and Dzeko too, we won't have any problems."

The Etihad side will be without six first team players also including the injured David Silva, Samir Nasri and Fernando whereas Pablo Zabaleta will serve a one match ban following his red card against Chelsea.
Several of City's fringe players are also in contention to make appearances especially their new goalkeeper Willy Caballero who is set to make his competitive debut for the Citizens having not featured since City's 3-0 defeat at the hands of Arsenal in the Community Shield. Defenders Matija Nastasic and Dedryck Boyata are also expected to start the match whereas former Swansea winger  Scott Sinclair is also likely to feature.

In their last outing City entertained a draw against Chelsea at home. Schürrle opened up the scoring for Chelsea shortly after Pablo Zabaleta received a booking for bringing down Diego Costa.

City earned their equalizer from the most unlikely source as former Chelsea man Lampard converted James Milner's cross to put the ball beyond Thibaut Courtois as the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
