That man, according to the Italian network, is none other than Maurizio Sarri, who has been unemployed since he was sacked by Juventus last summer. Sarri's playing style was quite a success at Napoli, but he was not able to replicate it with the Blues as intended, since he only won the UEFA Europa League with the Blues in 2019.
The report also states that Sarri has also been linked to a shocking return to Napoli, where he would replace Gennaro Gattuso at the helm. If both clubs bidded for his services, Sarri's previous history with Napoli would reportedly see him joining I Partenopei once again.
