According to reports in France, negotiations between both clubs may continue, but Los culés are far away from the price tag established by Les Parisiens.

Barcelona and PSG have finally entered negotiations for Neymar's transfer back to Camp Nou, but things did not go as planned by Los Culés.

The Catalan giants handed a written offer to Nasser Al-Khelaifi, PSG's president, which would see the Brazilian ace going back on loan to Barcelona. Nevertheless, there are a number of clauses that Los Culés did not include in their offer, which saw their bid to sign the winger rejected.

According to Le Parisien's report, PSG wants a mandatory buyout clause included in the deal, which Barcelona failed to add to the document. The aforementioned clause established by PSG would see Neymar returning to Camp Nou for a $277M fee.

Barcelona will return with a new bid in the next few days, but Los culés may not have many chances to land this deal, as both Real Madrid and Juventus are waiting on the sidelines for any development. Los Blancos are ready to come up with the amount of money asked by Les Parisiens, while Juventus may offer a cash-plus-player deal to sign Neymar, with that player being Paulo Dybala.

The summer transfer window will come to an end on September 2, 2019, and all of the teams involved will have to reach an agreement before that date.
