The German shot-stopper emerged as one of the key elements for Los Blaugranas as time expired in the game.

Barcelona's stint under Quique Setién has been plagued with circumstances. Untimely injuries -such as the one picked up by Jordi Alba-, drops in form and goalless streaks -such as the one Lionel Messi is having- have made the coach's first month with Los Culés a bit hard. Nevertheless, there's  player the boss can rely on every time he needs him: Marc-André Ter Stegen.

The German shot-stopper was once again crucial for the team's narrow win against Getafe, especially with a massive save as the game entered its final stretch. A header from one of Getafe's men was en route to the team's goal, and with a quick reaction, Ter Stegen managed to keep the ball out of the net and maintained Barcelona's lead.

With this win, Barcelona is now level with Real Madrid on points. If Los Blancos lose against Celta on Sunday, Los Culés will become the league leaders once again.
