What could have been another #EmeryOut campaign on social media was curbed on Sunday as a handicapped Arsenal side fought back to secure a win at home to Aston Villa. The Gunners, who were reduced to 10 men in the first half, stole the maximum points with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang striking home a late winner.
In the entertaining fixture which came with a thrilling finale, Aaron McGinn bagged the opener in the 20th minute for the visitors before Ainsley Maitland-Niles' second booking in the 41st minute became the biggest talk during the half-time break.

A 59th-minute equaliser via Nicolas Pepe's spot kick restored optimism for Arsenal although that was short-lived with Villa restoring the lead right in a matter of seconds. In the 81st minute, Calum Chambers brought back parity before Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang tipped the game's balance in his side's favor with a superb free-kick three minutes later.
