Real Madrid made the trip to Levante in La Liga’s early kick-off on Matchday 4 in La Liga. After back-to-back draws, Los Blancos’ goal was clear: beat Saturday’s opponents to return to winning ways.
And things began extremely well for Zidane’s side. In under 31 minutes, the 13-time Champions League winners were 2-0 up thanks to a Karim Benzema brace. After 40 minutes, they were leading by three goals to nil.
The game was in their control but Ramos and Co. still could not keep a clean sheet. Shortly after the break, the home side pulled one back, scoring past Courtois. To make things worse, the man to beat the Blancos keeper was none other than Borja Mayoral
The 22-year-old is a Real Madrid player on loan at Levante, meaning he has scored against his parent club. This did not go unnoticed by fans, flocking to Twitter to mock the Spanish giants for failing to keep a clean sheet yet again. Check out the best tweets below.

Real Madrid conceding and fulfilling the curse of the ex in one goal. Very typical.
