And then there were four. The DFB Pokal is now in its final stages, with just four teams: Hamburg, RB Leipzig, Werder Bremen, and Bayern Munich remaining.

Preview: Hamburg vs RB Leipzig

Hamburg are the only team who play in the 2.Bundesliga left in this competition, so winning the DFB-Pokal would be huge for die Rothosen, who are featuring in the second tier for the first time ever in their history. Meanwhile, RB Leipzig have never gotten this far in this competition in their young history, and as they exited European competition already and have no shot at winning the Bundesliga title, the Pokal is the only chance at silverware for die Bullen this season.

It's set to be a very interesting final as two clubs at varying stages in their respective histories lock horns. Who will come out on top?

Preview: Werder Bremen vs Bayern Munich

Interestingly, this will be the second time in two days that Werder Bremen and Bayern Munich will be locking horns, and Bremen will be keen on getting revenge. Why? Well, last weekend, they were beaten 1-0 by Bayern, which ended a 12 game unbeaten streak. As of now, Bremen find themselves in eighth spot, and winning the Pokal could get them a ticket to the Europa League - similar to how Eintracht Frankfurt used it to get in last term - but first, they will have to take down Bayern Munich.

It'll be a daunting task. Bayern have won their last 16 meetings with Werder Bremen across all competitions. In addition, die Roten have lost just two of their last 38 DFB-Pokal ties, although they did lose the final to an Eintracht Frankfurt side which were led by none other than Niko Kovac last season.
