The bianconeri side has already taken steps to ease the economical effects of the current crisis, but they don't seem to be enough at the moment.

Juventus may have taken measures to reduce the salaries of their players, but that might not be enough to help the club break even during these complicated times. So, the bianconeri might have to resort to extreme measures, which could include letting Cristiano Ronaldo leave.

According to a report by Il Messaggero, bianconeri execs are plotting three scenarios regarding Cristiano Ronaldo, with the possibility of letting the player leave right there.

The first scenario would see Juventus parting ways with the footballer for over €70M (around $76M). That transfer would only take place if the club does not play in the Serie A.

The second option would see CR7 living out the rest of his contract with the bianconeri, which means that there would be no contract extension and no wage increase for the Portuguese ace, something that seems far-fetched.

The last option being considered by Juve's execs would see the footballer extending his deal with the Serie A side for one more season, but in order to do so, he would need to reduce his wages.

European newspapers have hinted that big-money deals will be over due to this crisis, and it seems that the first one that will have to adjust to this new reality is the Portuguese ace.
