According to As, the Blaugrana side will enter the negotiation to facilitate the arrival of Rodrigo to the Catalan club.

Barcelona is desperate to sign a new striker to fill Luis Suárez's void, but in their desperation to sign the footballer, they are also on the verge of stealing Bruno Fernandes away from Manchester United as part of that deal.

According to As, the sensational swoop would include three teams: Barcelona, Sporting and Valencia. The Blaugrana side is reportedly set to sign Fernandes, and then, they would loan the player to Valencia, where he would get used to La Liga before he joins the Blaugrana outfit next summer. Once Fernandes' transfer is done, Valencia would pave the way to loan Rodrigo Moreno to the Catalan club.

The Spanish newspaper also suggests that one more option to see this deal through would involved Abel Ruíz, a rising starlet from Barcelona's ranks, but that would be the last resort for all parties involved.

Added to that, Valencia would see it fit to loan Rodrigo as long as Barcelona keep their word regarding Fernandes' loan back to them. Once Rodrigo leaves the team, Valencia can go all in to sign Paco Alcácer, Dortmund's footballer who is keen on going back to La Liga.

So, with Jorge Mendes pulling the strings, it seems that Barcelona will end up breaking the bank one more time to sign not one, but two footballers. The only question in the air is: will one week be enough to complete all these deals?
