The French boss is planning a massive overhaul this summer, but his players will be the first to know what his intentions are.

Real Madrid's plans for a massive overhaul are well underway, but Zinedine Zidane will not allow his players to face a media circus.

Plans for several transfers at the Bernabeu have been discussed around the world, with many names being thrown around regarding those who could join Los Blancos and those that could leave the club. According to a report by Marca, all the players from Real Madrid's current squad will know about their future from Zidane himself, with no club execs involved in that decision.

Marca's report is also supported by an article by As, where both Spanish newspapers reveal Zizou's plan on how he will let everyone know what will happen to them. Both reports agree on one thing: Zidane will call each and everyone of his players to his office, where he will tell them face to face what his plans for each one of them are. No leaks, no phone calls, just good old one-on-one meetings.

Most Real Madrid players are still under contract, which makes it a bit more complicated to send them packing. With that in mind, all those players that are deemed surplus will be negotiated in order to fund potential transfers.

Both aforementioned reports differ in the number of transfers Real Madrid is plotting. While As believes that there will be no more than eight, Marca states that there could be up to twenty transfers, both in and out of La Casa Blanca.

Gareth Bale, Isco, and Marcelo seem to be locks in Zizou's planned overhaul, while Varane and Keylor Navas have been named as two players who will still have to decide their future when the French boss talks to them.
