While Barcelona is believed to have other priorities, the search for a striker will be a matter of concern in a few years due to the Uruguayan's age.

Some players in the world have had the honor of playing for both Real Madrid and Barcelona. Luis Figo, Ronaldo, Luis Enrique and even the legendary Alfedo Di Stefano. None of these players were part of any of the team's youth categories, which would mean that this potential move would be ground-breaking, and maybe the start of a new tug of war between the football giants.

According to information revealed by RAC 1, two-time UEFA Champions League winner with Los Blancos Alvaro Morata has offered himself as Luis Suárez's replacement at Camp Nou. Morata is having an inconsistent second season at Chelsea, and he has trusted his inner circle about his desire to return to La Liga.

Despite earning quite a bit of praise during his last year with Los Blancos, Morata would allegedly not be interested in a move back to the Bernabeu, since there would be better options for him to earn a starting spot with Los Blaugranas due to Suárez's age.

As of now, Barcelona execs are searching for a top-caliber striker to take over for Suárez, but that doesn't mean it's a priority for the current La Liga leaders, who are also in the hunt for a center back and a midfielder. Only time will tell if this move can happen, but after watching Real Madrid "steal" some of Barcelona's finest players in the past, it would be interesting to see someone turning the tables.
