With no transfer ban against them anymore, Roman Abramovich has named his priority target for the upcoming transfer window.

Chelsea will return as one of the big spenders this winter, and the first target to reinforce the Blues' attack has already been revealed in a report published by The Sun.

According to the English tabloid, coach Frank Lampard has already given his blessing to a list of candidates he'd like to work with at Stamford Bridge, but his heart is set on bringing one player in particular to fill the void left by Eden Hazard. That man is none other than Bundesliga and Borussia Dortmund ace Jadon Sancho.

The publication states that Sancho, who is not enjoying life lately at Signal Iduna Park, could leave the German side to join the Blues for a bit over $120M. Borussia Dortmund execs had stated that Sancho would not leave the club this winter, but Chelsea's hefty offer could see them having a change of heart.

The English footballer has played 21 games for Borussia Dortmund this season, scoring nine goals in all comps. With the yellow and black side's complicated season in the Bundesliga, it wouldn't be a surprise to see Sancho leaving the club, but the German team's execs will not part ways with him before they can find a replacement, something that's easier said than done.
