The Reds return to the top of the league, waiting for Chelsea's match on Sunday to determine their spot after Matchday 6.

The start of the 2018-19 season for Liverpool couldn't have been better, and after six games, Jürgen Klopp seems to have all figured out to lead his team to greatness.

Their 3-0 win against Southampton capped a massive week for the German boss' crew, following their last-minute win against PSG in the UEFA Champions League. Now, with a tough EPL game on their hands, the Reds managed to beat the Saints with goals by Mohamed Salah, Joel Matip and an own goal by Wesley Hoedt.

Liverpool is yet to drop points in this season in all comps, and that in itself, is a new record for the Merseyside club.

Despite what some believed to be a poor start of the season, Mo Salah's goal confirmed his spot as the team's go-to guy.

Only time will tell if Liverpool will be capable to hold their ground throughout the season, but their start has been quite impressive, and as of now, it will be drilled in the team's record-books for quite some time.
