USA Network

USA Network is a US-based entertainment pay-TV channel. The English-language channel was originally launched in 1977, and it is owned by NBCUniversal.

It was one of the first US sports cable TV channels when it was originally launched as Madison Square Garden Sports Network. However, it was relaunched in its current format in 1980, and since then, only a limited portion of its programming has focused on sports.

The channel’s headquarters are based in the Comcast Building in New York.

USA Network has broadcasted major sporting events such as Summer and Winter Olympics, US Open (Tennis), PGA Tours (Golf), Ryder Cup, NHL, MLB, NBA, NASCAR and more.

When it comes to soccer, the network has been responsible for broadcasting English Premier League games in the past.
