The league leaders will take on the most in-form team in the league in Matchday 32's fixture.

Match Preview

Juventus will welcome Atalanta to the Allianz Stadium on Saturday as they aim to return to winning ways. A dramatic turn of events on Wednesday resulted in the Bianconeri suffering a 4-2 defeat to AC Milan at the San Siro despite having taken a two-goal lead before the hour mark.

The result meant that the Old Lady could not increasing the points gap over title rivals Lazio and Inter Milan who had dropped points earlier. Relatively, it gave Atalanta the opportunity to sneak into the top three ahead of Saturday's trip.

Indeed, the upcoming test will prove daunting for Juve as any outcome but a win would put pressure on them getting to the end of the Serie A season. Needless to say, Maurizio Sarri would trust his men to deliver as their form in recent months suggests.

Narrowing down the scope, the league's defending champions have won all but one league match since the restart (W4 L1). During the period, they won two of the five games by scoring four goals and ended the remaining two with three and two goals respectively.

Before meeting AC Milan, the Bianconeri had conceded just twice in eight fixtures across all competitions. However, considering the attacking prowess of Atalanta, the hosts must step up their defensive capabilities in order to evade any potential onslaught.

Gasperoni's men have been outrightly the best side in Serie A since the league resumed and that has all been down to their remarkable attacking qualities. Currently in third with 66 points from 31 outings, they have registered the best scoring form in the league, managing a total haul of 85 goals while conceding 39.

The Gewiss Stadium outfit has also also gone 13 games with defeat, winnning 12 and drawing just one. Although Juventus got the better of Atalanta via a 3-1 scoreline in the reverse fixture, a win for the visitors this time around will not be the most surprising result to have manifested this week.
