Solskjaer is eager to strengthen his squad come this winter and has his eyes on two of the most talented starlets in world football.

Man United are enjoying a resurgence in form as of late, winning five of their last six games. However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hasn’t been convinced out of strengthening the squad come January and is reportedly looking at two mega-signings come the new year.

According to the Mirror, the two names on their radar are none other than Jadon Sanco and Erling Braut Haaland. Given their immense talent and promise, the Red Devils would have to part with a huge sum of money to acquire their services as they aim to replace Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku.

The Sancho-to-Old-Trafford rumors are nothing new. Despite playing for Man City prior to establishing himself at Dortmund, it’s their neighbors and rivals Man United that are leading the race for the Englishman.

The Three Lions sensation is regarded as one of the most talented youngsters in world football and is thus valued at £100M ($129M). He is reportedly open to a move to the Theatre of Dreams and recent unfolding at the Signal Iduna Park could push him in the direction of a Premier League return.

Sancho was recently hit with a fine for returning from international duty late. Fast forward to Der Klassiker over the weekend and the winger was hauled off by the manager after only 36 minutes en route to a 4-0 loss to Bayern Munich.

As for Haaland, he is the most-talked-about striker in world football as of now. Only 19, he scored 15 goals in 12 games for Salzburg in their domestic league and is the top scorer in the Champions League this season with seven strikes, sitting ahead of Lewandowski, Sterling, and Son.

Haaland, just like Ole, is Norwegian and worked under Solskjaer at Molde. This is why it is believed he the Man United boss has the advantage in the race to land the 19-year-old. He would cost the 20-time Premier League champions £85M, approximately $110M.
