Brazilian sensation Rodrygo Goes has successfully etched his name into the Champions League's record book with his goalscoring feat in Wednesday's clash between Real Madrid and Galatasaray. First, the 18-year-old striker scored twice under seven minutes to become the player with the earliest brace in the history of the European competition before completing his hat-trick to become the youngest-ever Los Blancos player to achieve the milestone in his home debut.
In the night's encounter at the Bernabeu, Rodrygo ensured that he made the most of his first home appearance in the European competition by opening the scoring for Real Madrid inside the fourth minute. The former Santos prodigy carefully controlled a cross from the left from his compatriot Marcelo before curling home a low left-footed effort into the net.

Three minutes later, he brilliantly headed in his second of the night before going on to assist Karim Benzema for Real Madrid's fourth of the night on the verge of half-time. Earlier, the young forward who was on a hat-trick was denied the opportunity grab his third after skipper Sergio Ramos stepped up in the 14th minute to convert a spot-kick that went in favor the Whites.
However, the opportunity to make his grab a perfect hat-trick came inside the 92nd minute and the Brazilian striker made no mistake by finishing the chance with his right foot. Watch all his goals below:

While Rodrygo became the player to score the earliest brace in the history of the European competition, he also earned the honor of being the youngest-ever Brazilian to score in the UEFA Champions League. He also became the second youngester player to score a Champions League hat-trick for Real Madrid at the age of 18 years and 302 days. The legendary Raul Gonzalez holds the record with his feat against Ferencvarosi in October 1995 at the age of 18 years and 113 days.
With his five goals so far, Rodrygo has now registered has a superior tally for Real Madrid this season than both Eden Hazard and Gareth Bale. The pair has a total of three goals across all competitions.
