The Blaugrana have been linked with both but will only be able to sign one of the two superstars.

Barcelona has been linked with two world-class attackers in the form of Neymar and Antoine Griezmann. For the Frenchman, he has announced his decision to leave Atletico Madrid and has been tipped to leave for Camp Nou. As for the Brazilian, recent reports state that he could be headed back to his former club.

Valverde is in need of a winger, with Malcom, Coutinho, and Dembele struggling with consistency. However, it would be impossible to bring both and star attacker Lionel Messi has made his preference known to the Blaugrana board.

According to El Mundo (as per Football Espana), the 31-year-old icon has told the higher-ups to bring back the Brazilian over the World Cup winner as he desires an MSN reunion. This appeared out of question at one point, as PSG weren't entertaining the thought of selling the world's most expensive player but recent comments from president Nasser Al-Khelifi hints that their stance has changed.

Neymar is still loved by the Barca dressing room. The same can't be said about Griezmann

The Qatari official stated that he demands more commitments from his players, with L'Equipe reporting that they are now open to selling Neymar. Les Parisiens would likely demand an astronomical fee for the Selecao ace as a replacement would be required, but Barcelona has a workaround.

As confirmed by Atletico Madrid, the Spanish Primera Division champions have a pre-contract agreement with Griezmann. The Catalan giants are thus looking into transferring that agreement to PSG so the Frenchman would return to his home country to fill Neymar's void.

He would team up with countryman Kylian Mbappe but whether the former Real Sociedad ace will agree to a PSG move remains unknown. The Ligue 1 champions could welcome this deal, as it would end Neymar's turbulent stint in France in favor of a man who helped the nation to their second World Cup title. However, as of now, this is nothing more than a rumor and Les Parisiens would likely still demand a fee on top of Griezmann's services.
