Current form: Chelsea vs Burnley
Chelsea secured their spot in the semi-finals of the Europa League, but had to work a lot harder than planned. Domestically, they saw their three game winning streak snapped by losing 2-0 to league leaders Liverpool, and Maurizio Sarri will know that his team can't afford to drop any more points if they want to seriously challenge for a top four spot for next season.
Coming up soon is a crunch clash against Manchester United that could prove decisive in who qualifies for the Champions League. Certainly, should the Blues win the Europa League, that would be their way in, but they will need to see off Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt over two legs and potentially take on London rivals Arsenal - who are also in the mix for a top four spot themselves - in what would be a very entertaining Europa League final to lift the trophy.
Burnley, meanwhile, have won their last three games and will be looking to continue inching their way slowly up the table. While they certainly will not qualify for a European football spot - at the moment they sit in 15th - they now have put some distance between themselves and the bottom three and for Sean Dyche, the goal now certainly must be to try to finish as high in the rankings as possible. West Ham, who are in 11th and just outside the top ten, are just four points ahead, showing how congested things are in the middle range of the table.
