The Brazilian star finally joined the team after a week of speculation, but nothing seems to have changed between the club and himself.

After one week in which the player's future was the subject of controversy, Neymar finally decided to go back to Paris and train with the club. Unfortunately for fans who wanted to see him back with PSG, Neymar only made it to the team's complex to have a three-hour long discussion with the team's Sports VP, Leonardo.

According to a report by Mundo Deportivo, the footballer was spotted at PSG's training grounds around 10:00 a.m., where he joined some of his team-mates in the gym, as he would later publish on social media.

"Three hours of a tense meeting between Neymar and PSG. First reports coming in from France state that the player will not be involved in the team's friendly scheduled for Tuesday against Dynamo Dresden, with his participation in the Asian tour still to be determined."

But things did not stop there for the Brazilian ace, since he held a meeting with fellow countryman and PSG's Sports' VP Leonardo, where they talked about his immediate future. The atmosphere between Leonardo and Neymar was "icy", as reported by the Catalan newspaper, and ended up with Neymar asking to be let go.

While neither PSG nor Neymar have issued an official stance, it is understood that Neymar did not join the team's practice on the pitch, which means that he did not come in touch with club boss Thomas Tuchel.
