The Portuguese ace is set to make his competitive debut with the club in Saturday's clash between La Vecchia Signora and Chievo.

Cristiano Ronaldo keeps getting fans even before he gets to play his first official match with Juventus, but this time, his fans come from inside his new team.

A report by Italian journalist Gianni Balzarini describes how Cristiano Ronaldo has made a name for himself inside Juve's locker room, especially due to the Portuguese ace's work ethic.

Balzarini adds that Juventus' players didn't know the extent of CR7's training antics, and some have started to look up to him for that reason.

"When the Juve players arrive at training, they find that Cristiano has already been there for a while. And he is always the last to leave. The rest of the group were amazed by his approach," Balzarini told MailOnline

CR7's workout habits have been well-documented over the years by some of his former team-mates, such as Patrice Evra, who recently shared insight on the player's diet. Recently, the player's medical tests surfaced, showing that his work ethic and training habits have kept his body from aging, since he owns the body that should belong to a 20-year-old player.

Cristiano Ronaldo is set to make his official debut on Saturday, when the Old Lady visits Chievo in their first Serie A match of the season.
