The North London club has outlined the conditions and how much it will cost PSG to sign the English midfielder.

Tottenham Hotspur have slapped a hefty price tag on midfielder Dele Alli amid interest from Paris Saint-Germain. The Premier League outfit has reportedly priced the 25-year-old England international at €50 million, citing that the player will only be allowed to leave if the French outfit pay the full transfer amount or agree to include it under an obligation to buy clause.

Having been part of Mauricio Pochettino's success story with the North London club, Dele Alli has fallen down the pecking order under Jose Mourinho. The Englishman has been used sparingly since the Portuguese manager arrived from Manchester United and has only managed just 12 appearances this term.

Despite his current plight, the player still remains a favorite of Pochettino who recently succeeded Thomas Tuchel as the head coach of Paris Saint-Germain. The Argentine manager is keen on reuniting with the midfielder and has already instructed the club's sporting director Leonardo to get the deal over the line.

While Les Parisiens are yet to make an official approach, reports suggest that Tottenham have slapped a price of €50 million on Dele Alli. According to French news outlet Le Parisien, Spurs want the amount as a full transfer fee but would be open to accepting an obligation to buy clause in any contract signed.

Meanwhile, PSG are said to be adamant in paying the said amount with the deal now hanging in the balance. The Ligue 1 outfit are believed to be prioritizing the contract extension of Neymar Jr and Kylian Mbappe and will not go overboard to bring on Dele Alli if Spurs do not reduce their asking price.
