Indian women's football is moving forward with the first player to be signed by a top-flight European club. Devi, 29, penned an 18 month deal with Rangers. She is the current top scorer of the Indian national women's team with 52 goals in 58 games since 2010.

The 24-year-old Canadian international will play for Sydney FC for the remainder of the season. Agnew will rejoice her Houston Dash teammates who currently play for Sydney, Sofia Huerta and Veronica Latsko.
Thembi Kgatlana – from Beijing BG Phoenix to Benfica
The African Women's Player of the Year finalist, Thembi Kgatlana from South Africa has made a big move to top of the table Benfica in Portugal. Benfica is on the course for UEFA Women's Champions League qualification, meaning Kgatlana and the current African Women's Player of the Year, Asisat Oshoala, will compete in the most prestigious European competition.

Caitlin Foord – from Sydney FC to Arsenal
Finally. It was a matter of time. Caitlin Foord was never interested in continuing her career in the United States or her home nation, Australia, and has made a long-awaited move across the Atlantic to join a group of newly-arrived Matildas at the FA Women's Super League. The 25-year-old forward is one of the first players to move from a club in the W-League and command a transfer fee. Arsenal had until midnight to complete this signing due to FIFA regulations over foreign transfers.
Erin Simon – from West Ham to Houston Dash
After a year and a half with West Ham, Erin Simon returns home to play with the Houston Dash. The 25-year-old full-back featured in 25 appearances for Matt Beard's Claret and Blue.

Chloe Logarzo – from Sydney FC to Bristol City
A starter and scorer at the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup with the Matildas, Logarzo, will improve the Robins' midfield. The 25-year-old signed on a one and a half year deal to help Tanya Oxtoby's squad that currently sits dead last in the FA WSL table.
Maxime Bennink – from Reading to Brighton and Hove Albion
Reading's Maxime Bennink will play for Brightin for the remainder of the season. The Netherland's U-23 forward will help Hope Powell's attack that has only found nine goals in 13 matches.
Rianna Jarrett – from Wexford Youths to Brighton and Hove Albion
The 25-year-old joined until the end of the season to help the club as a forward option. Manager Hope Powell has kept an eye out for her seeing and has seen progress, therefore, giving her a chance to play at the Women's Super League.
Rylee Foster – from West Virginia University to Liverpool
Foster, from Ontario, Canada, joins Liverpool from West Virginia University. The 21-year-old is fresh out of college where she recorded 39 clean sheets in the course of her collegiate 84-match career. She might see action right away given Fran Kitching's horrid facial injury during a practice session during the week.
Sophie Harris – from Brighton and Hove Albion to Lewes FC
Harris has been loaned out to Lewes FC until the end of the season. Cecilie Fiskerstrand's arrival at the club earlier in the transfer window meant competition for the keeper position skyrocketed. Manager Hope Powell has noticed Harris' growth and wants her to keep progressing. A move to Lewes FC satisfies all parties.

Jeon Ga-Eul – from Hwacheon KSPO to Bristol City
The South Korean joins the Robins from the semi-professional Korean team, Hwancheon KSPO. The 31-year-old has 101 caps with South Korea scoring 38 goals over 13 years. The forward has experience playing for the Western New York City Flashin in 2016 and becoming the first South Korean to play in the W-League in Australia.
Megan Wynne – from Tottenham to Bristol City (loan)
The Wales international joins Bristol on loan from Tottenham until the end of the 2019/2020 campaign. Head Coach Tanya Oxtoby is excited to bring Wynne, 26, to the squad and use her versatility on the right side of the pitch.

Hayley Raso – from Portland Thorns to Everton
Australian midfielder Hayley Raso has completed a move from the NWSL to the FA WSL. She leaves Portland on a six-month deal to Everton, a team that is looking to compete for a UEFA Women's Champions League spot in the future. Don't be surprised if that contract receives an extension.
Mallory Pugh – from Washington Spirit to Sky Blue FC
Sky Blue FC acquired USWNT's forward Mallory Pugh for the No. 4 overall pick of the 2020 College Draft, the No. 4 and No. 8 picks of the second-round and a 2021 first-round pick. The Spirit picked Ashley Sanchez from UCLA.
Rachel Hill – from Orlando Pride to Chicago Red Stars
The Chicago Red Stars acquired Orlando's Rachel Hill, allocation money, the No. 19 pick and Pride's natural first-rounder in 2021 for the Nos. 3 and 26 picks. The Central Florida team will be able to fill in their hole in midfield with midfielder Taylor Kornieck from the University of Colorado. The complicated trade happened in the early stages of the draft.

The Peruvian Steffani Otiniano has returned Brazil to play in the Primera Division once again. Otiniano, 27, has played for six Brazilian sides - Associacao Portuguesa, Sao Paulo, Futebol Clube, Boituva Futebol Clube, Esporte Clube Taubate and Embu das Artes - since 2014. This time around, she joins Minas Icsep from Peruvian side Universitario de Deportes.

The 28-year-old arrives at UNAM Femenil with a lot of experience overseas playing for Pali Blues and the Boston Breakers in the United States, for Melbourne City in Australia, for Valur in Iceland and her latest club Sundsvalls DFF in Sweden. She had her best season in 2018 with Sundsvalls scoring 15 goals in 25 matches.

Another promising footballer who helped Everton win the FA WSL2 Spring Series title in 2017 joins Birmingham in this transfer window. Brougham will link up with former teammate, Claudia Walker, who also lead Everton in the 2017 Spring Series title.
McCall Zerboni for rights to Hailie Mace and 2021 draft pick – from North Carolina Courage to Sky Blue (trade)
Sky Blue acquired midfielder McCall Zerboni from North Carolina Courage in exchange for the rights to Hailie Mace and a conditional fourth round pick in the 2021 NWSL College Draft.
UPDATE: The North Carolina Courage have signed Hailie Mace to a two-year contract following the trade on Jan. 10.
Missy Bo Kearns – Liverpool to Blackburn Rovers (loan)
After signing her first professional contract, the 18-year-old was loaned out to Blackburn Rovers. The home-grown talent is a member of the England U-19 squad.

Corinthians have landed one of their own in Brazilian midfielder Andressinha from the Portland Thorns. The 24-year-old has represented her nation 43 times scoring 10 goals. She was a regular for the Thorns, but her eagerness to get back to her homeland helped this transfer happen.
Katie Stengel, 2020 draft pick for 2020 & 2021 draft picks – Houston Dash and Utah Royals (trade)
The Houston Dash acquired the forward Katie Stengel and the 22nd overall selection in the 2020 NWSL College Draft for Utah Royals' natural second-round picks in the 2020 and 2021 College Drafts.
Lindsey Harris – Free agent to Houston Dash
The Texas native joins the Dash after three successful seasons in Europe. Most notably, the 26-year-old goalkeeper was a regular for Toppserien side Klepp and was named 2019 Toppserien Goalkeeper of the Year.
Sonia O'Neill – from Fleury to Rangers
The Venezuelan international joins Rangers from Division 1 Feminine side Fleury. The 26-year-old was just called up to the Venezuelan national team in October 2019 and has yet to play her first game. The midfielder has experience playing in the Serie A and B, Croatia and Sweden.

Sky Blue acquired Margaret "Midge" Purce and the 2021 first-round draft pick from the Portland Thorns for Costa Rican midfielder Raquel Rodriguez.
Petronella Ekroth – from Djurgardens to Roma
The Swedish international will be a replacement for Federica Di Criscio who suffered a long-time injury. Ekroth, 30, will bring lots of experience to the backline and it's not the first time she plays for Italy as she played for Juventus in the 2018-2019 season.

The Washington Spirit have signed 23-year-old midfielder Jaye Boissiere. Collegiately, she played at Stanford where she earned many honors. She has played for the U.S. U-23 team.

The Houston Dash acquired defender Katie Naughton and the 18th overall selection in the 2020 NWSL College Draft via trade with the Chicago Red Stars. Chicago will receive forward Kealia Ohai in return.
Taylor Leach – from Kopparbergs/Göteborg FC to Utah Royals
The Utah Royals signed defender Taylor Leach to add depth to its backline going into the 2020-2021 season. During her time at Göteborg FC to Utah Royals, Leach, 27, played alongside Christen Press, recorded six goals and three assists in 86 appearances, and helped qualify the club to its first UEFA Women's Champions League birth in over five years.

Elise Hughes – from Everton to Bristol City (loan)
The 18-year-old striker from Wales joins the Robins to help them out of the relegation zone in the second half of the FA WSL campaign.
Filippa Wallen – from IF Brommapojkarna to West Ham United

Balbina Treviño – from Necaxa to Monterrey
Balbina Treviño is a Mexican 37-year-old goalkeeper who was acquired by Monterrey from Mexican rival Necaxa. Treviño, who is a Monterrey native, played 15 matches last season despite her age and will become a leadership figure in the locker room.
Deyna Castellanos – from Florida State University to Atletico Madrid
After years of wait, It is Atletico Madrid that snatches Deyna Castellanos from Florida State University. The 20-year-old Venezuelan won the 2018 NCAA Championship and has a long track of personal awards.
Esmeralda Guadalupe Zamarron Ortiz – from Chivas to Santos Laguna
The 18-year-old right midfielder has already participated in two Apertura tournaments in Mexico with Chivas. The Jalisco native is a pacy and technical offensive player.
Isela Stephania Osorio Dominguez – from Veracruz to Santos Laguna
The 23-year-old Veracruz native played her first stint of Mexican football with Veracruz during the Clausura 2019 and Apertura 2019 and has now landed a deal away from home to Santos Laguna. She is a center back.
Sandy MacIver – from Clemson Tigers to Everton
The England U-21 goalkeeper is rated highly by many coaches including Willie Kirk. He said that she can become England's No. 1. The 21-year-old signed an 18-month deal.

Mexican-American defender Bianca Sierra, born in California, arrived at Tigres UNAL after a four-year stint in Europe. The Auburn graduate is 27 years old now and ready to bring experience to Tigres, a team that is serious about winning its third league title.
Brenda Viramontes – from Chivas Guadalajara to Tigres UNAL
Brenda Viramontes is one of the three acquirements that Tigres UNAL concluded on this day. Last year's Liga MX Femenil runner-up is looking to strengthen its team after missing out on glory by one goal. Viramontes has lots of experience in the league playing for Chivas Guadalajara for five years. The 24-year-old forward played 61 games and scored 16 goals with Chivas winning a Liga MX Femenil title in that time.
Stephany Mayor – from Thor/Ka to Tigres UNAL
Sierra was not the only player to arrive from the Icelandic side, Thor/Ka. Stephany Mayor, 28, is a Mexican midfielder/forward who tore up the Icelandic league playing 49 games, scoring 40 goals. She has 10 goals in her 55 caps with the national team.

Izzy Christiansen – from Lyon to Everton
Christiansen returns to Everton after a 10-year professional career with Birmingham City, Manchester City and Olympique Lyonnais. The English international will bring experience and leadership to a team that is eager to be one of the best in England under Willie Kirk.
Jamie-Lee Napier – from Hibernian Ladies to Chelsea
Emma Hayes knows that she needs more overhauling to compete with Manchester City and Arsenal and signing 19-year-old Napier supports that case. The Scottish international was named Scottish Women's Player of the Year scoring 22 goals in 33 appearances last season. The teenager's contract runs through 2021.
Jessica Scarpa – from Lidkoping FK to Washington Spirit
Washington Spirit has signed Jessica Scarpa, a versatile 23-year-old who is a forward but can also play different positions. She began her collegiate career as a center back at UNC and quickly moved up to attack throughout the seasons.
Kumi Yokoyama – from AC Nagano Parceiro to Washington Spirit
Washington Spirit sign Japanese forward Kumi Yokoyama. If you keep track of the Puskas Award, you might be able to remember her nomination back in 2010 when she scored a wonder goal at the U-17 World Cup dribbling past six defenders and slotting the ball past the keeper. She arrives at the Spirit having scored 99 goals in 144 appearances in the Japanese league.
Madelen Janogy – from Pitea IF to Wolfsburg
Wolfsburg acquired Swedish Madelen Janogy from Pitea IF with effect on January 1, 2020. Janogy is a pacy dribbler who has a powerful foot and has shown it in the Swedish league by scoring 19 goals.

The Chicago Red Stars acquired Makenzy Doniak in exchange for a natural second-round draft selection in the 2021 NWSL College Draft. Doniak, 25, is 5'8 forward who has 56 appearances in her four years in the NWSL.
Rachel Furness – from Reading to Liverpool
The Northern Ireland international will have a great challenge ahead of her as she joins relegation-bound Liverpool.
Sam Kerr – from The Chicago Red Stars to Chelsea
Kerr joined Chelsea after leading the Chicago Red Stars to the NWSL final and has won the Golden Boot in her five last seasons in the U.S. and the W-League in Australia. The two-and-a-half-year deal is believed to be worth more than $600,000.
