The French footballer was linked with a move to Los Blancos by France Football, but the team has already denied such claims.

Earlier today, fans from around the world were shocked to learn that Real Madrid was ready to offer over $280M to lure Kylian Mbappé away from PSG. Those rumors, which included an alleged "direct request" by Zinedine Zidane himself, have been denied by a club's spokesman

A source consulted by Spanish newspaper Marca revealed that the club has not entered any negotiation to sign the rising star, especially due to the great relationship between Real Madrid and PSG execs.

"Real Madrid will not bid to sign Kylian Mbappé. As of now, there has been no contact between the player and any of our execs, and we have no intention whatsoever in entering any negotiation of the sort," the spokesman told Marca, according to the Spanish newspaper's website.

The publication also states that Zidane and Florentino Pérez have indeed discussed transfer plans, but they have not agreed to spend over $500M in new signings, as some reports have claimed. The article by Marca even names Sadio Mané as one of the names in Zidane's list.
