A cyber-group known as "OurMine" has revealed that former Barcelona star Neymar Jr is on the verge of reuniting with his old club. The claim comes after the group hacked the Blaugrana's Twitter page for the second successive time, sending messages to the account's millions of followers on Saturday.
A few hours after keeping its La Liga title hopes alive with a 2-1 win home win over Getafe, Barca was forced to manage a different crisis off the field per the activity on the club's official Twitter page. To the dismay of the Catalans' online fan-base, a series of posts with no significance to the day's happening popped up on the club's Spanish and English Twitter platforms.
The first post revealed OurMine as the group behind the breach and it read: "Hi, we are OurMine.
"Well, this is the second time, the security level is better but still not the best to improve your accounts security,"
Another one of OurMine's posts rather invoked a sense of optimism and belief among Los Blaugrana's fan-base as it was a bizarre claim about Neymar's return to the Camp Nou. The Paris Saint-Germain superstar has been tipped for a reunion with his former club next summer after failing to seal a controversial return at the beginning of the season.
"Hi, we are OurMine," the tweet read.
"Well, we read some private messages and it looks like Neymar will be back here."

Barcelona were subsequently forced to manage the crisis by issuing a statement to effect.
"FC Barcelona's Twitter accounts have been hacked, which is why messages from outside our club have appeared, and which have been reported and deleted. The tweets were made through a third-party tool for data analytics.
"FC Barcelona will conduct a cyber security audit and will review all protocols and links with third party tools, in order to avoid such incidents and to guarantee the best service to our members and fans.
"We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused."

In essence, Barcelona was not the only sporting entity that had its Twitter account compromised as the official International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the Olympics media account also fell prey. Back in January, numerous NFL teams as well as the UFC were subjected to similar attacks.
