Quick-fire start!

An electrifying start was witnessed at the Etihad on Wednesday when Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur went head to head in a bid to earn one of the two semi final slots left. It was the hosts who drew first blow after just four minutes, thanks to in-form winger Raheem Sterling.

However, that lead was rather short-lived as Son Heung-min, who scored Spurs' only goal in the first-leg, restored parity once just three minutes later.

The South Korean attacker then doubled the visitor's lead with another stunning effort in the 10th minute before Bernardo Silva took the game to 2-2 right after City regrouped.

The drama was far from over as Raheem Sterling grabbed his second of the night in the 21st minute to hand the home side the lead once again. History was made as a result as Manchester City vs Tottenham Hotspur became the first game in Champions League's history to see five goals scored in the first 21 minutes of the proceeding:
