Henry Romero's defensive tactics were a bit extreme during the second half of the game, and Jozy Altidore suffered with his antics.

Maybe Henry Romero saw too many times that video of Luis Suárez taking a bite off Giorgio Chiellini's shoulder and decided to do the same to Jozy Altidore...or maybe frustration was too much for the Central American footballer, and decided to take extreme measures to stop the USMNT ace.

As the second half of the game between the U.S. and El Salvador unfolded, defender Henry Romero tried to defend a corner kick while following Altidore. As the former Villarreal player tried to sneak away from his grip, Romero sank his chompers into the player's shoulder.
