Real Madrid just won the International Champions Cup Australia and China. Tottenham starts its Premier League season this weekend.

Real Madrid is confident that good things are coming their way after winning the International Champions Cup in both Australia and China. Rafa Benitez has been testing almost every player in his roster, from the goalkeeper all the way up to the strikers. Now, they face Tottenham, a team that wants to show they are ready for their Premier League season that starts this weekend against Manchester United.

The Merengues would like to close their pre-season with another cup and the chances of it happening are really high at Allianz Arena. Most of their players have been performing according to the expectations set on them. At this point most of the concerns are on the defensive end.

Both Keylor Navas and Kiko Casilla have prooved to be solid options as the goalkeepers for Real Madrid. Sergio Ramos is expected to stay and must lead the defensive unit to play better games than how they have done in the previous games. Up front, most players are enjoying a good pre-season.

This will be a special game for Gareth Bale and Luca Modric, both players used to play for Tottenham and now do so for Real Madrid. It is never easy to play against a former team, and even less when that team gave you the opportunity to join one of the most important clubs in the planet.

Bale is apparently in Manchester United's radar. While chances of that move happening are fairly slim, the Welsh midfielder wants to make sure that Benitez makes his go-to man when he decided who starts the games once La Liga gets underway.

Tottenham has one final test before the EPL begins. They recently suffered a 2-1 loss against the Major League Soccer stars, a team for which David Villa and Kaká scored the goals. They must now focus on the task in hand. With a win they would go to the final, with a loss, they will have to aim for third place two days later.

Harry Kane was the man that scored the goal for the Spurs in Colorado. Now, he is the man to watch in the game against Real Madrid. He was one of the main figures in England last season, having his debut with the national team. His presence against Real Madrid should be important, so his accuracy must be on point.

Again, the winner will go straight to the final while the team that loses this game will also have another game for third. The other two teams participating in this tournament are Bayern and AC Milan. Tottenham has never won against Los Merengues, while Madrid has come out on top in three of the four games they have played.
