Both Marseille and Juventus will be keen on wrapping up their pre-seasons with a win as they meet on Saturday, August 1st at the Stade Vélodrome. Here are some live TV listings & online streaming options for Marseille vs. Juventus.

As Marseille prepare to take on Juventus for the second edition of the Robert Louis-Dreyfus Trophy, it will be an interesting friendly clash between two of their respective nation's most decorated sides. The hosts hold the honor of being the only French club ever to win a Champions League title, back in 1993, and have won the Ligue 1 titles ten times, more than any other side in Ligue 1. As for the visitors, they recently celebrated their 33rd Scudetto title (31 if one takes away their heavily debated two revoked during the Calciopoli scandal) and are the only Italian side to have successfully won 5 straight Scudetti twice in their history.

Both Marseille and Juventus will be coming into this match with different results from their recent friendlies. Although l'OM were on the losing end with a 2-1 conclusion against Serie B side Livorno, they will certainly enjoy an advantage in terms of match fitness. Given that the 2015/2016 Ligue 1 campaign is just around the corner, Marcelo Bielsa's squad have featured in a series of friendlies with mixed results, winning two, including a comfortable 5-1 result over ES Sahel and losing the other two, including a 3-1 reversal against Turkish side Fenerbahce.

Meanwhile, Massimiliano Allegri's men are still working to get up and running after their holiday hiatus. Against Dortmund, a team that they easily beat last season in the Champions League, they were unable to score and succumbed to a 2-0 loss. The gulf in fitness between the two sides was glaringly apparent for any viewer to see, as die Schwarzgelben had featured in six games prior to the match in Switzerland. The Bianconeri were also given a hard time versus Lechia Gdansk upon their recent visit to Poland and looked set to be heading back to Turin with a discouraging 1-1 draw.

However, new signing Mario Mandzukic popped up with the game winner in the last moments of the game to salvage a 2-1 win for his team. With the Supercoppa Italiana (Italian Super Cup) in Shanghai coming up in one week, coupled with injuries to key defenders Andrea Barzagli and Giorgio Chiellini, Allegri will have to decide whether to risk the few senior defenders he has remaining or to just deploy some of the youth players to give them some first-team experience.

Despite this being "just" a friendly, Marseille and Juventus will be keen on wrapping up their respective pre-seasons with a confidence-boosting win. Ligue 1 and Serie A fans will want to check this fixture out this evening (or afternoon, depending on where you are based).
