The Portuguese boss believes this game will give them a good idea of where the team is standing prior to the start of the Premier League.

After their North American tour, Chelsea faces their first challenge of the season against one of their most hated opponents this Sunday. Nevertheless, Jose Mourinho doesn't think winning against the Gunners will mean something else to his players. Earlier today, "The Special One" referred to Sunday's clash against the Gunners, a team that he surely knows how to beat.

"Sunday's game represents more than a friendly, but I've never made a special thing about wins over Arsenal. I don't explode with happiness when I beat them, and I won't make drama when I lose," Mourinho said during his press conference.

Mourinho has made a good habit out of defeating the Gunners since the first time he took over Chelsea's managerial duties. These teams have played against each other thirteen times under Mourinho and Wenger, and the French boss has never been able to defeat the Blues with Mou on the sidelines. Their constant arguments on and off the pitch have made worldwide headlines, which included Wenger losing his temper last season, when he pushed Mourinho away during Chelsea's 2-0 victory.

Mourinho(right) has won seven games and drawn six against Wenger's Gunners.

"The Special One" revealed that his team is fully fit after their North American tour, erasing all doubts concerning Diego Costa and Gary Cahill, who left the friendly match against Barcelona injured.

"No problem, everyone in the team is ready to play. There are no concerns, no protections for Costa. We have three top strikers, I'm not worried," the Portuguese manager added.
