The sanction also includes a £51,000 fine for the Ukrainian club. Kiev's fans claim to have been provoked by French fans.

Dynamo Kiev has been instructed by UEFA to partially close their stadium following last week’s incident where fans invaded the pitch and clashed with security staff. The sanction will be served in the game between Kiev and Everton.

The Ukrainian team was also fined £51,000 because the match-taking place was briefly stopped. Apparently the home fans were provoked by Guingamp’s fans by turning the French flags sideways to resemble Russian flags.
