The Spanish striker is apparently happy with life in Italy and had some interesting thoughts on his former coaches.

Given his difficulties at Chelsea, it's not surprising that Fernando Torres might not look back on his term at Stamford Bridge too fondly.

But surprisingly, he has some interesting words for even former Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez, which is noteworthy as he enjoyed a great run of form that earned him that mega-money move to Chelsea back in January 2011.

Now at Milan in an attempt to revive his flagging career, the 30-year-old has spoken out regarding current coach Pippo Inzaghi and compares the legendary striker's management approach to that of Benitez and Jose Mourinho.

"[While] I don't believe it’s fundamental to have been a great champion before becoming a coach of a high caliber, those who have played have something extra to offer their players. [Filippo] Inzaghi is a bit like [Luis] Aragones who made history at Atletico," he stated in an interview with Corriere della Sera.

"That's why I feel that he understands me [better than Benitez and Mourinho]."
