The Mexican striker started last Saturday against Swansea in Manchester United’s Premier League debut at Old Trafford, but rumors about his future keep floating around.

Javier Hernandez has been rumored out of Manchester United almost every transfer season. Right now, the player born in Guadalajara is still being considered as a starter in United’s first away game of the season, but another rumor sets “CH14” playing for an Italian side.

According to news reports, AC Milan has set their sights upon Hernandez to fill the void left by Mario Ballotelli, who just moved to Liverpool.  The 26-year old Mexican has been also contacted by Inter Milan and Juventus. After being allegedly axed by Louis Van Gaal, Hernandez started last Saturday against Swansea City, but was substituted in the second half of the match.

AC Milan would be interested in adding Hernandez to their squad, given the fact they only have Giampaolo Pazzini playing in that position. “Il Diavolo” won’t be participating in any European competition for the first time since 1998, and will have former striker Filippo Inzaghi coaching the club.
